This is the website for the Active Citizenship Toolkit.

The purpose of the toolkit is to make it easier for individuals and groups wanting a better world to figure out what the skills, knowledge and relationships they need to achieve their goals, what they have and what the gaps are. Then it becomes a question of plugging those gaps…

The Toolkit has been Climate Emergency Manchester and its allies, but it isn’t “about” climate change any more than climate change is “about” polar bears and molecules of carbon dioxide. It’s about power, who has it, who doesn’t, and how the latter are able to improve their ability to make their voices and needs heard and, ultimately, met. OF course, those without power include other species and unborn generations…

This site is relatively “bare bones” at the moment (September 2020), but over the coming months, it will steadily (and – with your help – rapidly) expand.
